Meet Luz Dary Niño, born and raised in Colombia. Coffee has been part of her family for generations. Her grandparents worked with coffee, and her grandmother owned a large coffee farm in Oiba, Santander. She is a linguist and passionate coffee lover who enjoys soccer, yoga, meditation, and traveling. After working as a Data Operations Analyst at Apple and leading volunteer initiatives, Luz decided to follow her own path and combine her love for coffee with entrepreneurship. She invited her husband to visit the coffee farms of Boyacá, and in that moment, they both said, “Yes, let’s do it.” Lumière Café Colombiano is her way of bringing the community together, supporting sustainable coffee, and sharing her passion for coffee and culture with the world. The company offers wholesale coffee, hosts events, and creates personalized products for corporate clients.

In 2017, Mrs. Sandra and Mr. Fabio started their family coffee farm in Garagoa, Boyacá. Driven by a love for quality coffee and their family’s agricultural roots. They focus on producing great coffee for the local community while using sustainable practices. Through training from SENA (Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje) and the Ministry of Environment Colombia, the family has developed the skills to grow and harvest specialty coffee, continuing a proud tradition with every cup.

Laura and Juan started their coffee journey in 2018 in Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia. Their specialty coffee is rooted in tradition, sustainability, and community. Born from a family passion for coffee, they offer high-quality beans grown under ethical and eco-friendly practices. Beyond coffee, they empower local farmers through training, fair trade, and processing services. Recognized for their excellence, they now run a coffee shop, and hold the Antioquia Specialty Coffee Seal awarded by SENA (Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje).
