About
Meet the Owner
Meet Luz Dary Niño, born and raised in Colombia, where coffee has been part of her family for generations. Her grandparents worked in coffee and owned a farm in Oiba, Santander.
A nurse and linguist by profession and passionate coffee lover, Luz enjoys soccer, martial arts, meditation, and traveling. After working as a Data Operations Analyst and leading volunteer initiatives, she chose to follow a more personal path by combining her heritage, values, and entrepreneurial spirit.
That vision became clear during a visit to the coffee farms of Boyacá with her husband, when they both said, “Yes, let’s do it.”
Lumière Café Colombiano was created to bring communities together, support coffee farmers, and share the richness of Colombian culture in every cup. Today, it provides wholesale coffee, curated experiences and events, and personalized products for corporate clients.

Our promise
We promise to bring you coffee with purpose, sourced directly from farmers, with care, respect, and fair value. Every cup is a chance to share the stories, culture, and richness of Colombia’s regions. We’re here to create real connections through coffee.
Our philosophy
We believe coffee brings people together. Community is at the heart of everything we do. For this reason, we source directly with transparency and respect, supporting fair relationships and the land. We also give visibility to Colombia’s diverse coffee regions. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience specialty coffee.
